Mats Engman and Larissa Stünkel participated in the European Security Seminar organized by GCMC

September 19, 2022: Mats Engman, Distinguished Military Fellow, and Larissa Stünkel, Research Fellow, participated in the European Security Seminar – North (ESS-N) organized by the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies. The seminar took place on September 12-16 at the Marshall Center campus in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Mats Engman delivered a presentation on China’s role in the Arctic.
