Huang Fang is Associate Research Fellow at the Institute of American Studies, China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations (CICIR). Her areas of expertise include U.S. domestic politics, immigration policy, and racial conflict in the U.S. Recently, she has paid a lot of attention to and undertaken research on the American middle class. From November 2008 to November 2009, she was a visiting scholar at Georgetown University. Huang Fang received her master’s degree at the University of International Relations in 2004.  She is currently a PhD candidate at CICIR.
