Major General (ret.) Mats Engman, former Head of the Swedish delegation to the Neutral Nations Supervisory Commission (NNSC), joins ISDP as Distinguished Military Fellow. His work will focus on security policy, military strategy and crisis management, paying particular attention to East Asia, and the Korean Peninsula.
