Rishi Gupta

Dr. Rishi Gupta is the Assistant Director of the Asia Society Policy Institute (ASPI) in Delhi. He is a 2024 Taiwan Fellow at the National Chengchi University, Taipei, Taiwan. Before joining ASPI, he was associated with the Vivekananda International Foundation, the Centre for Air Power Studies in Delhi, and Pondicherry University. X: @rishigupta_jnu
