Dorota Heidrich

Dorota Heidrich is an Associate Professor of International Relations in the Department of Diplomacy and International Institutions at the University of Warsaw, where she has taught since 2004. She holds a Habilitation (D.Sc.) in Political Science and a doctorate on the international protection of internally displaced persons. Her research work sits at the intersection of international relations, migration studies, and international legal studies, with particular expertise in comparative displacement law, post-conflict gender justice, the application of international human rights standards to displacement, and the contestation of normative frameworks by states and non-state actors.
