Jagannath Panda participated in a workshop on geo-economics and security in the Indo-Pacific organized by the University of Hawaii and the Keio University
November 7, 2023: Jagannath Panda, Head of the Stockholm Center for South Asian and Indo-Pacific Affairs, participated in the workshop titled “Undersea Cables, Geo-economics, and Security in the Indo-Pacific: Risks and Resilience” organized by the University of Hawaii in Honolulu along with the Keio University in Japan, and Khalifa University (UAE). This event was supported by the Japan Foundation.
