Alice Baravelli

Alice Baravelli is an intern for the Stockholm Taiwan Center at ISDP. She recently completed her master’s in Asian Studies at Lund University with a particular focus on China and Taiwan. Her thesis explored the situation of the Taiwanese labour market from the perspective of young women. She conducted research on the topic during her exchange semester at National Taiwan University, where she deepened her knowledge of Taiwan’s internal and foreign policy. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in International Cooperation and Development from Bologna University. Her current interests involve social policy across East Asia, China’s foreign policy, international cooperation, and cross-strait relations.
