Jagannath Panda participated as a Keynote speaker in an event titled “Multipolarity Debated: New Opportunities or New Instabilities?”, organized by Harici and the Eurasia Society

February 2, 2026: Dr. Jagannath Panda participated as a Keynote speaker in an event titled “Multipolarity Debated: New Opportunities or New Instabilities?” in Berlin on 29 January. This event was jointly organized by Harici, a media and think-tank house from Turkey, along with the Eurasia Society in Berlin. Several European and Asian experts participated in this event.

Global Geopolitics, an international peer-reviewed journal supported by the Berlin-based Eurasia Society, was also officially launched in this roundtable discussion in Berlin. Under the leadership of Editor-in-Chief Efecan Gürcan, the launch event featured international experts who examined shifting global power dynamics and the ongoing processes of multipolarity.
