Jagannath Panda participated in the third edition of the ORCA Conference titled “China’s ‘Dream’ for a New Mandate of Power”

September 29, 2025: Dr. Jagannath Panda, Head of the Stockholm Center for South Asian and Indo-Pacific Affairs, spoke at an expert panel at the Third Edition of the ORCA Conference titled “China’s ‘Dream’ for a New Mandate of Power” held in New Delhi from 23-24 September 2025. This event was supported by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India. Several international scholars and experts from Europe, the USA, and various parts of Asia, including India, participated in the event. Dr. Panda also moderated a panel on China-India relations. Amb. Shyam Saran, Former Foreign Secretary of India and the President of India International Centre (IIC), New Delhi, delivered the inaugural remarks, and Ms. Eerishika Pankaj, Director, Organisation for Research on China and Asia (ORCA), delivered the welcome remarks.
