Raymond Chen-En Sung

Raymond Chen-En Sung is the Vice President of the Prospect Foundation, Taiwan. He acquired his LL.B. and LL.M. from the College of Law, National Taiwan University, and M Juris from St Catherine’s College, Oxford. Over the years, he has served as a legal adviser to delegations on behalf of the Fisheries Agency and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Taiwan, negotiating the founding instruments of regional fisheries management organizations. He has also served as Deputy CEO of the Taiwan New Constitution Foundation and Researcher for the Foundation for Future Generations, Taiwan. He has been a prolific writer on the statehood of Taiwan, the law of the sea, and dispute settlement.
