Niklas Swanström, ISDP’s Executive Director, was quoted by Dagens Nyheter on the likelihood that North Korea will start exporting arms to Russia.

According to Niklas Swanström, the transports from North Korea to Russia are probably exports of weapons and ammunition.

“This is not food, because in that case the trains would go in the other direction. If the information is correct, it is highly likely that some form of export has begun and the only logical thing to do would be to export weapons.”
