Jagannath Panda quoted in IBT on increasing defense ties between Philippines and India amid tensions with China
July 7, 2023: Jagannath Panda, Head of the Stockholm Center for South Asian and Indo-Pacific Affairs, was quoted in IBT (International Business Times) on increasing defense ties between Philippines and India amid tensions with China.
He told IBT that the recent developments reflect the Philippines’ emergence “as a critical defense and security partner for India in Southeast Asia.”
