Hoang An Nguyen

Hoang An Nguyen is an intern at the Stockholm Center for South Asian and Indo-Pacific Affairs at ISDP. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, where she specialised in China’s foreign policy. She is currently completing her master’s degree at the University of Bologna, with her thesis focusing on multilateralism and the role of regional actors amid great-power competition in Southeast Asia. Her research interests also include ASEAN regional multilateralism, and the evolving dynamics of the Indo-Pacific.
