Dr. Kwei-Bo Huang is Professor of Diplomacy at National Chengchi University (NCCU). He is also Board Director and President at the Foundation for the People (chaired by Johnny Chiang, Vice President of the Legislative Yuan). Previously, Huang was Chairman of the Research & Planning Committee at the ROC Ministry of Foreign Affairs (February 2009–January 2011). He served as Vice President and then Trustee at the Taiwan Foundation for Democracy, and as Deputy Secretary-General at the Kuomintang (KMT) under Chairman Johnny Chiang, mainly overseeing international and mainland affairs. At NCCU, Huang served as Vice Dean at the College of International Affairs. He was an Erasmus visiting scholar at Cracow University of Economics, a visiting fellow at the Brookings Institution, and a Fulbright scholar at Johns Hopkins University SAIS. He earned his master in political science from the George Washington University, his doctorate in government and politics at the University of Maryland, College Park.
