Jagannath Panda participated in a panel discussion at the Fourteenth Consultative Meeting of the EU Non-Proliferation and Disarmament Consortium

September 17, 2025: Dr. Jagannath Panda participated in a panel discussion on ‘Tensions Rise in South Asia’ at the Fourteenth Consultative Meeting of the EU Non-Proliferation and Disarmament Consortium held in Brussels on 16 September 2025. This event was organised by the Fondation pour la recherche stratégique (FRS) in Paris in support and cooperation with the European Union. The event was curated by Benjamin Hautecouverture of the FRS with an introductory remark by Stephan Klement, Special Envoy on Disarmament and Non-proliferation and Head of the EEAS Disarmament Non-proliferation and Arms Export Control Division. Dr. Panda discussed the recent conflicts between India and Pakistan, as well as the recent developments in India-China relations within the regional context.
