ISDP signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Institute for National Defense and Security Research (INDSR)
April 24. 2026: The Institute for Security and Development Policy’s Stockholm Taiwan Center delegation—comprising Executive Director Niklas Swanström, Research Fellow Yi-Chieh Chen, and Research Fellow Maud Descamps—recently visited Taiwan to deepen its engagement and strengthen ties with longstanding partners.

On April 22, building on a close relationship established in 2019, ISDP signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Institute for National Defense and Security Research (INDSR). This MoU marks an important step in further enhancing collaboration and knowledge exchange between the two institutions.
We look forward to continued cooperation and meaningful dialogue in the years ahead.
