Erik Leijonmarck

Junior Research Fellow

 

Erik Leijonmarck is a Junior Research Fellow and Project Coordinator with the Institute for Security & Development Policy. Mr. Leijonmarck has a background from Uppsala University in international politics and security studies. His bachelor thesis was about the Georgian decision making process prior to the Georgian - Russian war in 2008. His research at the Institute for Security & Development Policy focuses on narcotics and organized crime. Mr. Leijonmarck is currently focusing on organized crime in the Baltic Sea region as well as the international narcotics trade and its impact on societies.
