ISDP, together with the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) and the Asset Recovery Office (ARO) in Sweden have received funding from SIDA's Baltic Sea Unit for a 15-month joint project. The project is aimed at strengthening regional cooperation between financial intelligence units and asset recovery offices around the Baltic Sea in the fight against money laundering. The project will include several meetings and joint activities with the purpose of improving regional cooperation on money laundering and asset recovery. Representatives from FIU and ARO from Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland will participate in the project. ISDP's role will be to coordinate the project and to author the final report.
