Outreach Coordinator/Project Manager (South Asia)
Ms. Ebba Mårtensson is the Outreach Coordinator and the Project Manager (South Asia) at the Institute's office in Stockholm. Her main interest is the rule of law and security sector reforms in the South Asia region. She holds an LL.M. degree from Lund University in Swedish and International Criminal Law. She has previously worked on police reforms in India as a programme officer at Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative (CHRI) in New Delhi.
