Cooperation agreements and partnerships, both formal and informal, are central to the Institute for Security and Development Policy (ISDP) and its research. At present, cooperation is ongoing with a large number of research institutes both in Asia and Europe. Furthermore we strive to create and encourage the continuous development and expansion of our current relationships while fostering new ones with a diverse range of research institutes and universities.
Since 2005, the Silk Road Studies Program constitutes a Joint Center with the Central Asia-Caucasus Institute at the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies of Johns Hopkins University.
Currently the ISDP is in the formalization phase where more informal cooperation and partnerships are formalized, and hence the cooperations presented here will be considerably expanded as the formalization process continues.
