Project Manager

Mr. O' Hara is a Project Manager at ISDP.

He is active in the Conflict Management Projects  focusing on Southeast Asia and Northeast Asia. These projects focus on regional security issues, such as non-proliferation of nuclear weapons, ethnic insurgent activity, conflict management and energy security among others. Mr. O' Hara's other interests are counter terrorism measures and maritime security.

His current tasks are to provide insight and policy recommendations on security policy questions.

He has a background in military & defense issues, psychology, as well as peace & conflict management.
